Make a claim for personal injury compensation

If you have been injured in an accident that wasn't your fault you're entitled to make a compensation claim. We're here to make that claim hassle-free. There is a short form to fill out that will enable us to assess your claim and let you know whether you have a case. It is advisable to make a claim for compensation at the earliest opportunity to allow time to prepare a strong case and therefore maximise the prospects of a successful outcome. The key criteria is that you must have been injured within the last 3 years (unless you are under 21 years of age), received medical attention from a GP or Hospital and that you must not be at fault for the accident.

Usually your claim will fall under one of three types of accident:

Road traffic accident compensation can be claimed by drivers, passengers or pedestrians injured through the fault of a third party, most of the time as a result of a car, motorcycle, or bicycle accident.

Work accident compensation can be claimed by employees who have been injured at work where it can be shown that the employer has been negligent in their duty to protect their workers.

Other types of compensation claim often fall under public liability (often known as 'slip and trip') accidents, or injuries sustained from faulty goods or services.

Take the first step by telling us about your case using the compensation claim form on this page. Please complete the whole form and once your claim has been reviewed we will contact you to confirm what happens next. We won’t share your information with anyone without your permission.
