Having initially assessed your claim, we will then complete a claim file, taking your instructions as to the accident in which you were injured.  Once our file is complete, with the necessary evidence and information, we will manage your personal injury claim on your behalf.  The claim will be submitted to our expert panel of specialist personal injury solicitors. The solicitor will evaluate your claim and contact you to discuss and confirm the details of our claim file, before commencing work on your behalf regarding liaising with the 3rd party insurers.  However, don’t worry about a complex procedure as at Direct 2 Solicitors, we offer the complete service, ensuring that your relationship with the solicitor is simple to understand and that any complicated paperwork that may be sent to you is explained in a simple and clear fashion should you so need.

The role of our personal injury solicitor panel members’ is to review the claims that we pass to them, inspect the work that we do and decide which claims can be taken forward as likely to succeed should the matter end in the courts.  Any claim that the solicitors wish to pursue will then be accepted.  Any claim that the first solicitor to view the file passes on, will be resubmitted to further members of our panel.
